Vega

Vega is the head of Shadowlaw and wields "Psycho Power," an ability rooted in rage and hatred rather than chi. Using it can overwhelm his ability to reason, while his broader goal is world domination funded through underground operations. A silver eagle-headed idol may exert some form of telepathic influence over him.
