Story spoilers
After becoming obsessed with All Might, Valdo dedicates himself to becoming a new All Might and adopts the muscular Dark Might persona. When Alchemy is amplified by Overmodification, its range and scale increase dramatically, and using it on his own body lets him imitate variations of All Might's strongest moves.
