Usako Tokugawa

Usako Tokugawa, better known as Princess Vi, is Emperor Fred's daughter and effectively runs Little Tokyo. She expects to get her way and is quick to threaten people with exile to Prisoner Island over even minor mistakes. Her occasional habit of wandering off gives the Big Cheese opportunities to target her and leaves the Pizza Cats struggling to keep her safe.
