Biography
Tsugumi Rosenmeier is a shy girl whose powers can cause distant objects to explode when her pulse reaches its peak. Her lack of full control has led to accidental explosions and isolation from friends and family.

Life at Deava begins to change that isolation as Tsugumi forms genuine friendships, especially with her roommate Reika, for whom she develops great affection.
