Tsubasa Akai

Tsubasa Akai, also known as Phoenix or the Messenger of the Southern Cross, becomes Joker's principal rival in the third and fourth seasons. Having spent more than 3,000 years sealed away, he is unfamiliar with the modern world and is frequently surprised by it. He enjoys dangerous games, often answers questions by listing three responses, and deeply values his partner Hosshi. As a flame-controlling being, he fears water because it breaks down his cells, and he cannot swim.
