Tsubaki Nakao

Tsubaki Nakao is Rokuhōdō's pâtissier, an excellent pastry chef who is introverted and easily embarrassed by attention or compliments. He has an intense love of sweets, visits other cafés and dessert buffets, and creates both the café's sweets menu and original offerings.
