Touya Sagami is a 14-year-old hacker and the last human child born on the Moon. He resents Earthlings and their prejudice, and he carries a brain implant designed by the AI Seven. Using his limiter-free buddy drone Dakki, he attempts to hack the implant to correct hidden defects shared with Konoha.
