Toukai Teiou

Toukai Teiou is a bright, bubbly Umamusume with a natural talent for racing. She deeply admires student council president Symboli Rudolf and uses that admiration as motivation to become the number-one racer. Her upbeat confidence is reflected in the lively walk fans call the "Teio Step."
