Tou Handa

Tou Handa is Hinaichi's subordinate, a dhampir, and a former high school classmate of Ronaldo. He resents that his vampire mother is a fan of Ronaldo's books and becomes so fixated on exposing the hunter's flaws that his own room is filled with Ronaldo posters and merchandise.
