Toshio Utsumi

Toshio Utsumi is Hitomi's high-school sweetheart and a police detective stationed at the Inunaki District Police Station in Tokyo. Clumsy with clues but relentless in pursuit, he impresses his superiors through persistence and prefers his wits and fists to carrying a gun. His stubbornness often puts him at odds with his chief.
