Tooru Miyagishi is a 23-year-old junior chef at Kissuisou. Harsh but hardworking, he learns under the head chef while teaching Minko in the kitchen. He is outspoken, frequently scolding Minko and teasing Ohana.
Story spoilers
Tooru appears to develop a crush on Ohana, blushing around her and becoming jealous of Ko because he assumes Ko is her boyfriend. Ohana seems unaware of his feelings.
