Biography
Mad “Tongpu” Pierrot is an assassin who targets high-ranking syndicate officials. Highly skilled with firearms, he carries enough weaponry beneath his coat to rival a military platoon and approaches killing and destruction with disturbing cheerfulness.
Story spoilers
Pierrot was once part of a super-soldier program whose procedures left him in a severely diminished mental state. After escaping confinement, he killed those around him; the experiment also made him bulletproof. He ultimately dies at a theme park beneath the foot of a giant robotic dog.
