Tomoka Taiga is a water-aligned gambler who turned to gambling for survival after his family went bankrupt, rather than for simple entertainment. He carries no conventional weapon; his jewel is embedded in a large die. Even after Fuse tells him it belongs to him, Tomoka remains doubtful and cannot seem to draw power from it.
