Tokimi
Biography
Tokimi is one of three higher-dimensional beings known as Chousin, alongside the sisters Tsunami and Washu. For countless millennia, the three wrestled with whether a being more powerful than themselves could be created. Tokimi remained in the Chousin's home dimension, where, with help from guardians of other dimensions such as D3, Tokimi manipulated random subspace fields and enlisted others such as Dr. Clay in the search.

One manipulation produced promising results when Z gained immense power, including Lighthawk wings; Tokimi took Z as a servant in order to study him more closely. After a message from Dr. Clay led Tokimi back toward the other Chousin and Tenchi Masaki, Tokimi ordered Z to observe Tenchi without interfering. Z instead moved against Tenchi, and Tokimi eventually intervened as Z was about to strike a fatal blow. The Counter-Actor prevented Tokimi from aiding Tenchi and later took a form that strangled Tokimi, but Tenchi regained control of his power and calmed it before Tokimi was killed. Tokimi later appeared in the form of a small child, left to correct abnormalities in the universe and returned for Nobuyuki and Rea Masaki's wedding. When tampering was discovered in Noike's cells, Tokimi removed the girl within Noike while Washu removed Dr. Clay's alterations; the girl proved to be the discarded female half of Kagato, and Tokimi returned her to Noike.
