Togepy

Togepy is a small, light-yellow Pokémon whose round body remains encased in a patterned eggshell. Usually joyful, it can draw in positive energy from others and release it to those who need it. Its joyful disposition contributes to its reputation as a sign of good luck. It can release poison from the spikes on its head. In the anime, it can also retract into its shell to sleep and occasionally behaves maliciously toward enemies.
