Character profile
Togame
とがめBiography
Togame is the shogunate's self-styled “strategian,” physically frail but intellectually formidable, though still capable of clumsy mistakes and poor judgment. Her extremely long white hair and special eye make her visually distinctive, while her habits include crying “gyafun” when she falls and shouting “cheerio!” while striking Shichika.
Story spoilers
Togame's true name is Yousha, and she is the daughter of the Lord of Oushuu, Hida Takahito. In the final episode, she is killed by bullets from the twelfth katana, Entou Jyuu.
