Tobi Otogiri

In the manga, Tobi Otogiri initially comes across as rude and abrasive, and Rei notes that Tobi looks displeased. Tobi's advice and help to Rei reveal a less unpleasant side, while Tobi seems slightly annoyed by Noppo and other small Zingai. Separately, the animator of How to Eat Life described Tobi as listless with an unpleasant look.
