Tobe

Tobe is a 14-year-old ninja and Garu's arch-enemy, determined to defeat him with a pair of swords. His attempts usually fail, and his melodramatic declarations often make him as comic as he is threatening. Tobe bears an X-shaped scar between his eyes, usually wears a ninja mask, and travels with a group of inept minions.
