Toa

Toa calls Thanatos "mother," and her mission on Earth is to retrieve dragon eggs held by the ISDA. She later admits that she collided with the shuttle that killed Jin's family; her name comes from the surviving "To A" fragment of a bracelet belonging to Jin's sister Ai.
