Tine Chelc

Tine Chelc is Archer's Master in Snowfield's False Holy Grail War. Her people are an indigenous community said to have watched over Snowfield for a thousand years before being displaced by the government and magi preparing the region for the War. Tine appears to participate in hopes of restoring her people to their rightful place rather than pursuing a personal wish from the Grail.
