Tetsuro Okonogi
小此木鉄郎Biography
Tetsuro Okonogi is presented in Higurashi as the president of Okonogi Gardening, occasionally seen pruning at the Hinamizawa branch school. His stern face bothers some students, though he is not described as a bad person at heart. In Umineko, he is instead the president of a company connected to Rudolf's and Hideyoshi's businesses.
Story spoilers
In Higurashi Kai: Minagoroshi-hen, Okonogi is revealed as the leader of the Mountain Dogs, a secret counter-intelligence force tied to the Irie Clinic, with Okonogi Gardening serving as a cover. He actively craves combat and may disregard orders to pursue opponents he considers worthy, though he also appears to genuinely enjoy gardening.
