Tetsuo Kaga

Tetsuo Kaga is the president of Haze Middle School's Shogi club. He hates Go and prefers Shogi after his father forced him to play Go from an early age and he repeatedly lost to Akira. Although detached in his attitude toward Go, he still plays occasionally to keep his skills sharp.
