Tenri appears to harbor another, much more confident personality that can take control of their shared body and communicate through reflections. That presence is eventually revealed not to be a runaway spirit but Diana, an entity who merged with Tenri during a school trip when she and Keima were trapped underground among runaway spirits, helping them escape.
