Tecchou Suehiro

Tecchou Suehiro is a member of the Hunting Dogs special unit whose ability, Plum Blossoms in Snow, can alter the size, shape, and reach of his blade. More serious than many of his companions yet still eccentric about food, he approaches his duties earnestly, has a strong sense of justice, rejects torture, and is highly compassionate.
