Tazusa Andou is a 15-year-old Lily with the rare skill Phantasm. Repeated betrayal and abuse have left her cold, rebellious and reluctant to trust others, despite an underlying capacity to care about people's feelings. During practical training, her relationship with another Lily deepens.
