Tatsumi Sekiguchi

Tatsumi Sekiguchi is a novelist whose short stories do not provide enough income, so he also works for the press. He attended college with Kyougokudou, remains close to him, and is often teased over his poor social skills. During the war he served in the same regiment as Kiba, and the account of that period implies that his experiences left a lasting psychological burden. He is married to Yukie.
