Tarte

Tarte is a ferret-like fairy, prince of the Sweets Kingdom, and Chiffon's caretaker. Anxious but kind, he speaks in a Kansai dialect and brings Chiffon to the human world while searching for the Pretty Cures. He worries and grumbles often, becomes emotional over a good story, and loves Kaoru's donuts.
