Biography
Tarlant is the creator of Wanda, a large robot with a mind of its own. Little is established about his life on Earth beyond the fact that he once had a dog named Baron.
Story spoilers
Like the other children, Tarlant puts up a serious, sometimes sharp front and acts as though he needs no help. In truth, he wants either to return to his former life on Greecia or live peacefully on Earth. He is the first of the Befort Children to encounter Tohma, eventually fighting him on Kokkuri Island.
