Character profile
Takumi Kusaka
草加拓海Biography
Takumi Kusaka is an Imperial Japanese Navy lieutenant commander whose courier plane is shot down during the Battle of Midway before Kadomatsu rescues him. Seeing the Mirai as a chance to reshape history, he rejects both wartime militarism and what he sees as postwar shame, instead pursuing an undefeated Japan he calls Zipang—even at great human cost.
