Biography
Takeru Totsuka is the Japanese God of the Sea and Storms. Short-tempered and brash, he is quick to fight but also highly emotional, deeply admires his elder brother Tsukito, and has a difficult relationship with Akira. He is an accomplished swordsman who calms himself with walks by the beach and has a soft spot for animals.
