Biography
Takeo was a member of the DA-5 created by Dr. Aris. Believing his sister was being held by the Union, he submitted to experiments and followed orders in an effort to protect her.
Story spoilers
It is later revealed that the story about his captive sister was fabricated by Dr. Aris. After turning against the Union, Takeo is later invited to live at Frankenstein's house and becomes part of the RK-4 under the codename “Number Two.”
