Takehisa Hinawa

Takehisa Hinawa is Company 8's lieutenant, a stern and unemotional former military man who helped Oubi establish the company. As a Second Generation pyrokinetic, he manipulates flames through firearms by controlling the gunpowder in bullets, allowing him to strengthen, weaken, or even make their impact non-lethal.
