武彦Biography
Takehiko is a rough-and-tumble driver who regulates electricity production in Duomo and serves as a leading member of Metal-age. A forceful man of action, he fights for justice and devotes himself to overthrowing the government, while often becoming the target of Kuniko and Momoko's teasing.
Story spoilers
He is later revealed to be Atlas agent #13, originally assigned to watch Kuniko. His faith in Atlas collapses after he learns that his younger sister Yasuko was taken and used as a sacrifice in the city's construction. He then tries to kill Kuniko to derail Atlas's plans, tells her about her role as Atlas's inheritor, appears to take his own life by jumping into a storm drain, and later reappears trying to destroy Atlas.
