Tadanori Sanbe

Obsessed with power and manliness, he wishes to become stronger and gains the ability to transform into a strong monster with a body that can stop normal bullets. He wants to fight other collectors rather than collect coins, and creates his own martial art form because his body is not suited to normal martial arts. After Shuichi Kagaya and Claire Aoki defeat him, he becomes their ally.
