Suegni Cuttnal

Suegni Cuttnal is the third of NeoNeros's three henchmen, portrayed as an older pirate with a crow perched on his right shoulder whose mood often mirrors his own. He is dependent on tranquilizers and even markets his own brand as “Cuttnalizers.” In Macron-1, he is renamed Captain Blade.
