Stocking Anarchy
ストッキング・アナーキーBiography
Stocking Anarchy is Panty's younger angel sister, banished to Earth alongside her. A goth with straight bangs and very long hair, she transforms her stockings into the paired katana-like heavenly weapons Stripe I and Stripe II.
Stocking loves desserts and sugary foods and is usually level-headed and intelligent, though she can become rude when provoked, especially by Panty.
