Steven A. Starphase

Steven A. Starphase is Libra's second-in-command and works as a Fang Hunter. Well connected and highly skilled at deception and intuition, he usually presents himself as a laid-back, suave businessman with a sardonic remark ready. When crossed, however, he can become ruthless and use his connections to make problems disappear.
