Steiner

Steiner is a high Tera Guardian of the German High-Council whose combat ability distinguishes him even among the elite Guardians serving "The Noble One." Steely-nerved but not immune to letting personal feelings affect his duties, he uses Exceed: Stampede to split into four clones with equal mass and power. The copies obey the original while also judging combat situations independently.
