Specter

Specter is an albino monkey and recurring antagonist who seeks to rule the world. A Peak Point Helmet grants him psychic powers, human speech, and greatly increased intelligence, and he repeatedly uses monkey followers and elaborate schemes in pursuit of domination. He is willing to fight personally when necessary, relying on psychic attacks, and is commonly seen on a levitating throne.
