Souya Tougou

Souya Tougou is closely involved with the Sonic Diver Unit, briefing its pilots on missions and issuing commands before and during combat. Unlike the other personnel aboard the Koryu, he favors a leather jacket, white shirt, and jeans over a conventional uniform.
