Soutarou Kanou

Kanou tries to sabotage Misaki by using his unusual eyes to hypnotize her, Usui and the student council. His fear of women is tied to being abandoned by his mother and warned by his father to distrust women. After his attempt fails, Misaki assigns him to work closely with female classmates during the cultural festival; the experience helps him become friendlier with Misaki, other girls and Yukimura. He later runs against Misaki for president but refuses underhanded tactics and remains on good terms with her.
