Souji Okita
沖田総司Biography
Souji Okita is the Shinsengumi's first-unit captain and an exceptionally gifted swordsman trained in Tennen-rishin ryu. Despite his formidable skill, he is gentle, playful, fond of children, and particularly enjoys sweets and Kyoto candies.
Story spoilers
Okita also suffers from tuberculosis, which surfaces intermittently and becomes a serious weakness alongside his difficulty moderating his strength in practice.
