Smiley

Smiley is one of Professor Moriarty's henchmen, a tall and lanky figure with limited intellect. Before joining Moriarty, he and George, also known as Todd, belonged to the Bengal Pirates and escaped arrest when the rest of the crew was caught. His coloring varies by episode: pea green in Hayao Miyazaki-directed episodes and medium brown elsewhere.
