Signal is the newest Human Form Robot created by Professor Otoi and incorporates unusual MIRA and SIRIUS technology, making his data valuable to thieves. Programmed as both a fighter and an older brother to Otoi's grandson Nobuhiko, he has an unusual flaw from an accident during construction: when Nobuhiko sneezes, Signal shrinks into the hyperactive, chocolate-loving Chibi Signal.
