Biography
Shuusuke Wakatsuki is one of the childhood friends Sana left behind and remains his best friend after Sana returns. He is Shuri Wakatsuki's younger twin and the only other boy in their five-person group.
Story spoilers
Their mother died before the series begins, and Shuusuke and Shuri endure abuse from their promotion-obsessed father. The twins hide their fractured home life by acting cheerful and silly around other people.
