Shouko Komi

Shouko Komi is admired throughout her school but finds speaking and socializing extremely difficult because of intense anxiety and fear of rejection. She often communicates by writing in a notebook or on the classroom blackboard and hopes to build friendships with 100 people. Hitohito Tadano becomes her first friend and helps her connect with others.
