Shizumu Sagami

Shizumu Sagami is Andou's schoolmate and a fellow otaku, although the two do not get along. He belongs to Kiryuu's group and is observant and manipulative. He is also suggested to be a power user capable of reading minds, though that ability is not presented as certain.
