Shirona

Shirona is Sinnoh's powerful and widely respected Champion. Calm even under pressure, she battles with measured precision and avoids unnecessarily exhausting either her own Pokémon or her opponent's. She is deeply knowledgeable about Sinnoh's time-space legends and takes a strong interest in the bond between Trainers and Pokémon, often offering younger Trainers guidance.
