Shioriko Shinokawa

Shioriko Shinokawa is the proprietor of Biblia Koshodou, a used bookstore in Kita-Kamakura that she took over after her father died. Nearsighted and usually wearing glasses, she is deeply introverted and struggles to make eye contact unless books are the subject. Her knowledge of antiquarian books is exceptional, and conversations about them transform her usual hesitant speech into brisk, confident explanations.
