Shinobu Nunotaba
布束砥信Biography
Shinobu Nunotaba is a Nagatenjouki Academy student who worked on the Sisters experiment and was called back when the Sisters became part of the Level 6 Shift program. Realizing that the Sisters possess something resembling a conscience makes her increasingly unable to regard them as objects. She has no confirmed supernatural power, but can convincingly bluff enemies with a purported ability she calls Critical.
Story spoilers
Shinobu attempts to disrupt the experiment by spreading cash cards through otherwise deserted alleyways and later infiltrates a Sisters facility hoping to introduce fear into the Sisters. Saiai Kinuhata apprehends her during that attempt.
